The ETLC (Engineering Teaching and Learning Centre) is a six-storey state-of-the-art teaching and learning facility housing nine major classrooms (with a total of 1,500 seats), four large computer laboratories (each with 68 seats), and several undergraduate instructional laboratory spaces. In addition, the building has twenty specialized undergraduate laboratories for electrical and computer engineering education.

This facility is home to many engineering student clubs, a small food-court, the Engineering Co-Op Office and the Office of the Dean of Engineering.
